Von Broadford kommend geht es die B8083 in Richtung Elgol. Wir erreichen Kilmarie, wo fr\u00fcher einmal Ian Anderson, der Kopf der Gruppe <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jethrotull.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Jethro Tull<\/a> lebte.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;When you reach Kilmarie take a left off the main road, signed to Kilmarie Old Burial Ground. Park just around the corner by the graveyard. Just back around the corner is a bridge over the stream. Cross this and then head out along the coast. You&#8217;ll need to follow the coast path for about a mile to reach <a href=\"http:\/\/www.henge.org.uk\/skye\/dunringill.html\" target=\"_blank\">Dun Ringill<\/a>.&#8220;<\/p>\n<ul><img src=\"https:\/\/www.willizblog.de\/albpics\/dunringill.jpg\" alt=\"Dun Ringill\" \/><\/ul>\n<p>Dun Ringill ist die Ruine einer Art Festung (befestigter Platz = schottisch-g\u00e4lisch: dun) aus der Eisenzeit:<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ealaghol.co.uk\/pictures\/dunringill\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dun Ringill<\/a> was the original seat of the Clan Mackinnon, before they moved to Castle Moil at Kyleakin.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.stonepages.com\/ancient_scotland\/\" target=\"_blank\">Glossar und viele weitere Infos<\/a> \u00fcber altert\u00fcmliche Festungen in Schottland:<\/p>\n<li><strong>Dun<\/strong> &#8211; Gaelic for &#8222;fortified place&#8220;. A small drystone fortification, usually dating to the Iron Age or later, and found mainly in western Scotland<\/li>\n<li><strong>Broch<\/strong> &#8211; Round tower-like drystone defensive structure, confined mainly to the North and West of Scotland, and dating back to the Iron Age.
